01 / Provider

Ángel André Guzmán González provides services under the Locallign name.

He operates as an individual. Locallign Agenda is a product, not a separate company. No unverified tax status or trademark registration is claimed.

02 / Proposals and licenses

Each engagement defines its scope in writing.

Public descriptions do not create a guarantee or project scope. Agency proposals define deliverables and rights; Agenda provides a license to use the service and does not sell source code.

03 / Results and liability

Rankings, sales and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.

Any liability limits must be proportionate. Where consumer law applies, the terms preserve non-waivable consumer rights.

04 / Governing law

Mexican law with a qualified Mexico City jurisdiction clause.

Where a forum selection is valid, the competent Mexico City authorities and courts apply, without excluding mandatory jurisdiction or non-waivable rights.

05 / Pricing and support

Clear starting prices with reduced business-hour support.

Agenda starts at MXN $599 per month, including Mexico's VAT (IVA). Agency websites start at MXN $10,000 per project and monthly services at MXN $1,800 per month; the final total and applicable taxes for those agency services are confirmed before contracting. Support through andre@locallign.com operates Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City time, excluding holidays; messages received outside those hours are handled the next business day without a specific SLA promise.

06 / Cancellations and refunds

Simple and proportionate rules.

Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge; a no-show requires selecting a new time. Agency proposals identify deposits, milestones and third-party costs; completed work and third-party payments are not refundable except for a billing error or applicable legal right. Agenda will be monthly: when renewal is activated, it will require express consent and advance notice; cancelling before the next charge prevents future charges and preserves access through the paid period. Refunds are reviewed for duplicate or incorrect charges or a service that was not enabled, without a blanket waiver of consumer rights. Each business defines and displays its own rescheduling, no-show, deposit and refund rules for its customers before booking.

A clear next step

The final scope is always confirmed in writing.

The applicable proposal or agreement confirms deliverables, configuration, limits, extras, total, and taxes before contracting.
