Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Locallign receives through the website, why it is used, and how to request access, correction, deletion, or objection.
Contact me01 / Responsible person
Ángel André Guzmán González, operating as Locallign.
The responsible person operates as an individual. Locallign Agenda is a Locallign product, not a separate company. Legal and privacy requests use andre@locallign.com; the phone number is +52 55 5906 2796. Address: Calle 3 number 301, Agrícola Pantitlán, postal code 08100, Iztacalco, Mexico City, Mexico.
02 / Data and purposes
Use only what is needed to respond and provide the service.
The site may receive a name, business, email, website, priority and message to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange meetings, manage projects, support billing and contracting records, and prevent misuse. Promotional communications are separate and optional.
03 / Providers
The inventory is limited to services actually used.
Cloudflare delivers the site and Worker. HighLevel or LeadConnector operates calendars and receives inquiries accepted by the endpoint. Agenda uses Supabase and TomTom in its current environments; Google Calendar is optional and Mercado Pago remains in sandbox until activated. The inventory will be updated when a provider or integration changes.
Locallign Agenda’s handling of Google Calendar data, including Cloudflare and Supabase as providers and access by authorized business users, is explained in the product-specific notice. The Agenda notice governs that optional integration.
04 / ARCO rights
Requests go to andre@locallign.com.
A request must identify the person, provide a response channel and describe the request, with proof of identity or representation. The decision is communicated within at most 20 days and, when granted, becomes effective within the following 15 days; extensions apply only as permitted by law.
05 / Retention
How long information is retained.
Prospects who do not contract will be reviewed for deletion or anonymization 12 months after the last relevant interaction. The policy for ordinary technical logs provides for 30 days unless needed for an incident. When an Agenda account closes, there will be a 30-day export-request window. Bookings and addresses will not be retained indefinitely by default; contracts, receipts and tax records follow applicable legal periods. Backups follow their documented technical rotation. Retention is managed through review; these policy periods do not imply an automatic purge across every system.
06 / Responsibilities
Each business remains in control of its bookings.
Locallign is responsible for its own prospects, contracting and accounts. For bookings managed by a business, that business determines the purposes and Locallign acts as processor. Before processing bookings on behalf of a business, a data-processing addendum will cover instructions, access, providers, incidents and return or deletion of information.
