Method and investment

First we understand. Then we build.

You tell me how the business works. We review what you already have and agree on what to improve. Then I prepare a proposal that explains the work, the investment, and its boundaries.

Let's talk about your business

01 / Understand

Tell me how customers find you and buy.

We talk about what you sell, who you serve, and what’s getting difficult. We review your website, Google Business Profile, campaigns, or CRM to locate the problem before proposing changes.

We leave that conversation with a concrete priority: a missing page, a campaign to organize, local details to correct, or follow-up to make visible.

02 / Prioritize

Agree on what to solve first.

The proposal describes deliverables, priorities, and exclusions. It also explains what I need from you and what depends on other platforms.

Depending on scope, it can include pages and copy, Meta Ads or Google Ads setup, Google Business Profile changes, CRM stages, tasks, templates, and measurement review.

03 / Build and connect

Build, connect, and review.

With the scope agreed, I work on implementation and share progress. We review the result and how your business will use it before defining additional changes.

I share reviewable links or deliverables, explain what changed, and record open decisions so the project keeps a clear owner for each next step.

04 / Investment

A starting point for planning the investment.

Website projects start at MXN $10,000 per project. Monthly services start at MXN $1,800 per month. The final proposal follows the scope; ad spend and other third-party costs are quoted separately.

Before work begins, I confirm deliverables, the total and applicable taxes in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Before we begin

Why is there no single rate?

I do not propose the same pieces for every business. As a reference, websites start at MXN $10,000 per project and monthly services at MXN $1,800 per month; the final proposal follows the scope.

Can I keep tools I already use?

Yes, when they support the goal and can be connected appropriately. I do not replace something merely to change platforms.

Is the first conversation a complete audit?

No. It helps establish context and decide what is worth reviewing or proposing next.

What can an initial website scope include?

We define the pages, content, mobile presentation and path to contacting or booking. The proposal lists each deliverable and the materials you supply; there is no fixed page count for every project.

What happens to my accounts and materials?

Before work starts, we record your existing accounts and materials, the access I need, and how agreed files and permissions will be handed over. Third-party licenses retain their own terms.

How do we agree on timing and reviews?

I estimate timing from the scope, available materials and dependencies. The proposal defines review points; changes outside that scope are agreed before work begins.

Is maintenance included in a build?

They are separate scopes. A build delivers the agreed website; maintenance can cover later checks and changes. The proposal states whether it is included, what it covers and what is quoted separately.
