Your website should make choosing you easier.
Your website is often where someone decides whether to contact you. I work on the message, the structure, and the design so visitors can understand what you offer and find the answers they need.
Let's talk about your businessField notes / Websites
The work starts by organizing what someone needs to know.
I define the structure, write or edit the content, and build a site that takes the right question to a useful next step.
What I prepare
- A page map and navigation priorities.
- Service, FAQ, and call-to-action copy and structure.
- A site that works on phones and computers, with reviewed links and forms.
- A clear list of launch and agreed maintenance follow-ups.
What I need from you
- Current services, service areas, hours, and conditions.
- A logo, photos, tone, and materials you are allowed to use.
- Access to the website, domain, and tools that need connecting.
- A person who can review facts and approve progress.
This is a good starting point when…
Your business knows what it offers, but the information is scattered, outdated, or does not lead clearly to contact.
- The same questions come up before every quote.
- The current site no longer reflects the services or operation.
- You can make time to review content and decisions.
01 / Find the information
Answer the questions people actually have.
What do you offer? Who is it for? How does it work? I organize your pages around those questions, with clear service descriptions and an obvious way to get in touch.
02 / Use it in real life
Make it work on the phone in their hand.
We review the copy, navigation, images, and forms together. People should be able to read the offer, find the details, and contact you without fighting the page.
03 / What happens next
Make the website part of the operation.
Where the project calls for it, the site connects to booking, campaigns, or follow-up. We define what should happen after a click and check that the journey works.
Frequently asked questions
Before we begin
Do I have to replace my current website?
Not necessarily. I first review what works and the real limitations. The proposal can cover improvements or a rebuild, depending on the problem.
Is maintenance included?
Maintenance and later changes are defined in the proposal. Building a site and maintaining it are not assumed to be the same scope.
A clear next step
The website is part of the package, not an island.
We define what the business needs and how the site should connect to it.
